The Virginia Beach based non-profit ‘The Noblemen’, will once again host their annual “Special Needs” event as part of 2025 N.A.S. Oceana Air Show in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
The air show which is open to the public will take place September 20-21. The two day event typically draws over 300,000 in attendance and is highlighted with a performance by the U.S. Navy’s Blue Angels aerial demonstration team. This year’s event celebrates “250 Years of America’s Navy”. The Noblemen will be hosting a private event on Friday the 19th. Families of special needs children are invited to view the aerial demonstrations from the Commanding Officer’s private chalet, located right on the flight line. In addition, there will be a personal visit from the U.S. Navy’s Blue Angels themselves!

About the NAS Oceana Air Show – The 2025 NAS Oceana Air Show, which is free and open to the public, is the Navy’s opportunity to give back to military families and the Hampton Roads community. Each year, we welcome visitors from across the country and around the world to the Navy’s East Coast Master Jet Base, providing them with a front-row seat to the incredible capabilities of naval aviation and the opportunity to meet the extraordinary people who serve our nation. In addition to the Blue Angels, this year’s lineup includes demonstrations from the F-22 Raptor and F-35C Lightning II Demonstration Teams, and the Rhino Demonstration Team from the Gladiators of VFA-106, homebased right here at NAS Oceana.
This is a big milestone year for the U.S. Navy, as 2025 marks the Navy’s 250th birthday! Correspondingly, this year’s Air Show theme celebrates 250 years of freedom on the high seas, 250 years of a stabilizing presence for international commerce, and 250 years of honor and prosperity.
What better way to celebrate our birthday than with the roar of afterburner, and the thrill of aerobatic maneuvers performed by incredibly talented pilots!
